1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

4Deposit & Payment Methods

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Hot 321 members may submit a withdrawal request for their winnings at any time. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 unless otherwise specified based on account level.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• All KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

8Prohibited Player Conduct
